Shipping and returns

Order processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Shipping: Orders ship from Lithuania via tracked postal service. Estimated delivery times: — Lithuania: 2-4 business days, EU: 3–10 business days — UK: 10–20 business days — USA & rest of world: 10–25 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal: Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

Return conditions: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions: — Custom-made or personalised orders (bespoke pieces made to your specifications) — Items that have been used or washed.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ruta@ryehem.com with a photo. We will resolve it.
